It is difficult selecting a professional who can reliably, ethically and with skill, complete a project while, at the same time, feel that the individual is safe and trustworthy. I feel no reservation in recommending Jared as he ‘checks off’ all of those concerns that a homeowner may have. Jared arrived at my home to build a treadmill; he was prompt and even texted prior to arrival to alert me. I have already recommended him to my friends!
Jared is wonderful to work with! He is responsive and he was very understanding of our needs. He went above and beyond what was expected, all for a very reasonable price! Would definitely use again and plan to again in the future!

I use the same philosophy with those experiences as a behavioral health specialist in my JM Lawns co. I try my best to develop excellent communication with my customers. Be accountable for doing good work that meets customers' expectations. Also, I desire to treat each yard or project as unique and vital as the next.
I began this business very part-time in July of 2018. After each growing season, I gameplan and shift my work that fits best with the current customers and what works best for my business's longevity. I specifically design JM Lawns to do all the work as a solo worker and am not dependent on employees for me to finish jobs or my weekly mowing route. I am blessed to have great, solid customers and so happy that in 2018, I decided to take the risk and to my business.
Here are a few things you can expect from working with me. First, I send invoices through text and email after the service is done. Second, you can pay through text, email, Venmo, Zelle, cash app, google pay, or PayPal. Third, I use Facebook messenger, Facebook business messenger, text, and email as my primary forms of communication. Fourth, of course, phone calls are great, but I would instead communicate with other mediums for most communication.
My business is designed on a few things:

I am a dad of 4 amazing kiddos that are 7, 10, 11, and 12 years old. My wife and I married in 2022 and are a blended family. Making sporting events and being a part of their lives is why I started this business. (Take some time and look at some of the photos below! I need to add a few new ones!)

I work at least 2 Sundays a month and do not work on Saturdays.

I work late 1 to 3 days a week and do primarily residential properties. Usually, you won't see me before 9 am and try to limit mowing once it begins to get dark.
